Big name yes, but as soon as there is a manufacturer issue (like an internal leak within the system itself, not an installation issue) you cannot get them to even book an appointment. First you get that there are lengthy timeframes for their engineers, which you say ok, I'll wait, just book me in. Then you'll be ignored after their own timeframes pass.
Just another company that disrepects their customers after taking their money. If you are on the fence about a heat pump system, use anyone but these jokers.
