I purchased two MOC sets from LesDiy – a Comanche and a Raptor. While assembling the Comanche, I noticed that the model was unstable in several places, for example the rear wheel repeatedly detached. Some parts were missing, and the overall brick quality felt inconsistent compared to other brands.When I reached out to LesDiy, I was initially asked to send photos so they could provide replacement parts and contact the designer about the issues. However, I clearly stated that I preferred a refund instead of replacement parts. After several emails and explanations, I was told that “MOCs are custom products,” which did not reflect the actual purchasing information on the website. Eventually, I had to open a PayPal dispute before receiving a refund.It also feels misleading that the website uses a .de domain and German-language presentation while orders are shipped from China, with a Chinese address and phone number listed in the imprint.Overall, the customer service experience was slow and uncoordinated, and the refund process unnecessarily complicated. It took multiple messages and a PayPal case just to resolve a straightforward refund request, which left a very disappointing impression.In response to LesDiy’s public reply:I appreciate the explanation provided, but it does not address the core of my feedback. My review concerns the product stability, communication quality, and refund handling — not minor manufacturing variations. A professional customer experience requires clear information and transparent handling from start to finish.
