Recently i ordered a MOC-89126 Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy and there were alot of missing pieces, tried contacting support no response for a week + the motor that came with it is comepletely different and weaker than the one that was supposed to be included otherwise it was fine i guess.

My second build had no missing, bad or damaged pieces.Quick dilevery and overall a good product for a fair price. Had my issues with the build but it was just very challenging not impossible...update: yesterday the right wing collapsed again, causing a major crash of the plane seems like the structure aint good after all! They got to redesign the set as I think it has never been testbuild because of a lot of unefective building techniques and a overall pretty unstable design. However this isn't realy their fault because the structure collapsed due to design flaws not the quality. I will try to contact both Lesdiy and the Designer for help... So still cool set but has to be redesigned thats why I can' t recommend the KC-135 moc anymore... Next ubdate: I am trying to repair the plane myself but its main hull is a disaster!Since I am not recieved any support by lesdiy or the designer yet I might have to send it back. I am getting very disapointed...Update again! Both Lesdiy and the Designer have notified me. I explainend the problems and fixed the set myself. As far as I can tell the set should be stable now. Ill ceep you posted and the support of both Lesdiy and the Designer work allthough I fixed the set myself...
I would give you 4.5 Stars. There where minor errors in the order but nothing really bad, to be honest i expected more missing parts, but no, it was just two tiny parts.The main draw back was the long order time of 9 Weeks.Regarding the parts, they where perfect. Nothing to complain there.
I purchased two MOC sets from LesDiy – a Comanche and a Raptor. While assembling the Comanche, I noticed that the model was unstable in several places, for example the rear wheel repeatedly detached. Some parts were missing, and the overall brick quality felt inconsistent compared to other brands.When I reached out to LesDiy, I was initially asked to send photos so they could provide replacement parts and contact the designer about the issues. However, I clearly stated that I preferred a refund instead of replacement parts. After several emails and explanations, I was told that “MOCs are custom products,” which did not reflect the actual purchasing information on the website. Eventually, I had to open a PayPal dispute before receiving a refund.It also feels misleading that the website uses a .de domain and German-language presentation while orders are shipped from China, with a Chinese address and phone number listed in the imprint.Overall, the customer service experience was slow and uncoordinated, and the refund process unnecessarily complicated. It took multiple messages and a PayPal case just to resolve a straightforward refund request, which left a very disappointing impression.In response to LesDiy’s public reply:I appreciate the explanation provided, but it does not address the core of my feedback. My review concerns the product stability, communication quality, and refund handling — not minor manufacturing variations. A professional customer experience requires clear information and transparent handling from start to finish.
Lesdiy has many interesting MOC models to sell, a big varity of different themes like train, architecture, films and science-fiction. I bought several train models and architecture models and I must confess: they are really awesome. It can happen or maybe i had luck and there were no missing parts. I hope they will have even more architecture especially of New York in 1:1800. But also I have to mention that Lesdiy is not selling cheap, of course the production of the pieces has it's cost, but sometimes I think it is a bit too expensive. Rarely, I find some equal models at Ali... with less price.Fact: Lesdiy is great to find interesting MOC and please continue as like as you do now!
Great experience overall! The website is very easy to navigate, making the whole process simple and smooth. Shipping times are generally average, sometimes even faster than expected. Everything arrived well-packed, clean, and organized. Communication has also been very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
