Absolutely awful product, and terrible customer service. Actually, non-existent customer service.My in-laws bought an expensive brick train set for our son as a Christmas gift. It's complicated, so each page takes some time to complete. The instructions' pdf is huge, and some pages don't display at all. After a few steps, there were pieces missing. Fortunately, he had a few spare parts from other sets we could use. Several steps later, we encountered another four missing pieces. I emailed the company, and their missing parts email address, and their customer service and, in spite of the online information saying they respond in 24 hours, nothing. So we ordered extra parts on eBay. They weren't cheap. Several pages later, and more missing parts. Again, no response from the company, so headed to eBay again to find replacements.These sets are expensive, and I'm angry that my in-laws have wasted their money, and even more annoyed that my son is upset that after two weeks he still can't complete this set.So, if you buy a kit from this company, and all the parts are there, great. If not - and we aren't even half way through the build and we're missing 17 pieces already - then prepare to spend extra money trying to find replacements, because the company completely ignores all emails. Be warned.
