I had a terrible experience with customer service - they were unhelpful when I needed assistance. I made an honest booking mistake, which I realized during the return journey late at night with children in the car. Despite explaining my situation multiple times at the gate, I received a blunt refusal and a demand for over €300 to return home, with no alternatives suggested. Frustrated, I managed to purchase a return ticket online for £160 (€182), which was much cheaper than what I was quoted. Why wasn't this option provided at the gate? This was my worst experience with the service, and I expected at least some basic support during a stressful situation. I received none, which was incredibly disappointing.
