I would have rated it 5 stars because we enjoy using the service, but this time we waited nearly an hour to reach the entrance. The app mentioned a delay due to high traveler numbers, which seemed anticipated given it was the weekend before Christmas. Not all booths were operational, adding to the delay. However, once we cleared customs, boarding went smoothly, and the return trip had no queues.
