Another horrible experience. Every time I travel it just gets worse and worse. On Friday night it took 3 hours just to get through the check in then another couple of hours winding through the car parks to get to the customs. The only problem they acknowledge are some toilets are broken. Management clearly have no shame in running an appalling service. How are they going to cope with the new EES? I suppose they simply don't care. Unfortunately Kent has a virtual monopoly on travel to France so incompetence has just become embedded. The return never has these problems- please advise the decision makers on the UK side because they clearly have no clue.
