They used to be great - reasonable, prompt. Last time, I brought my truck in to replace one tire (I provided the tire because they didn't have the same one, and it's a 4WD so all tires must be the same). The guy didn't bother to measure threads on other tires which is essential for a 4WD vehicle. Fortunately, I am an automotive professional myself so I did it prior to bringing the truck to them. When I mentioned it to him, his face said "blah blah blah".Next, he overtightened lug nuts, and if it was not for another guy... How hard is it to check torque specs?!? If it were some kind of a ford or bmw, he would've damaged rotors, and if it were a chrysler, he would've stripped studs.And finally, they charged $50 for mounting and balancing ONE tire. How screwed up is that?!?
