Worst service ever from the Rocklin Ca location. I am a long time Les Schwab customer at a different location. Anyway the Rocklin location agreed to drive my car back to me and drop off to me at my work place after the service. My work place is literally 4 minutes away from their shop. I called 2 hours ahead if this is possible and they say yes. After the service was done. They call me and say that they are too busy to bring my car to me. And that their shop is a very busy shop and they don’t have people to bring me my car. I told them that I was told that that service is available for me and now they are saying they’re too busy to serve a service that they promised. Bad customer service.

I took my honda to get my TPMS sensor…

I took my honda to get my TPMS sensor replaced, sat there for 6 hours and I ended up with transmission issues that weren't there before. Never been more fustrated

BEST place in West Fargo to get a tire…

BEST place in West Fargo to get a tire repaired that's for sure ‼️I had a tire that was leaking air in this really cold weather, so they removed the tire and put it in a dunk tank. They could see bubbles coming out of it, so they replaced the "corroded valve" that was causing the problem with a brand new one...FREE OF CHARGE‼️‼️How NICE was that!!!!! Great customer service ‼️‼️👍

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Went in 4 different times for the same issue and every time they told me it was something different. Plus the mechanics cut corners and are lazy. Very unprofessional. Will not take my car there again.Lindon location is horrible.

Astonishingly Poor Service

I was shocked to see that more than 68% of Les Schwab’s Trustpilot reviews are negative, but unfortunately, my recent experience confirms that this decline in service is very real.I’ve been a loyal Les Schwab customer for over 20 years, across multiple vehicles and locations. I trusted the name and the service. That is until my experiences at the Ashland, Oregon location.Right before a holiday trip, my new car battery died, and in a panic, I called Les Schwab Ashland for help. I was told a service truck could come jump my car for $80, which surprised me. When I asked for clarification and was transferred to the Assistant Manager, the conversation became dismissive and condescending. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he repeatedly told me I should be “grateful” and emphasized that in his “13 years working there,” services are rarely done for free. I wasn’t asking for free service; I was simply trying to understand the charge for one trip and not the other.To make matters worse, they did not have a battery in stock for my vehicle regardless the car was already in their system from previous work (including rotor service). I canceled my holiday trip and waited until Friday, December 26th, expecting the battery would be ordered by then. It was not.On Friday, I again requested help jumping the vehicle and was told someone would be sent out. On Saturday at 4:00 PM, I was informed the wrong battery had been ordered for the second time. No one showed up. Sunday, there was no service at all.In total, I went nearly five days without a vehicle due to repeated errors, lack of follow-through, and complete indifference. At one point, I was quoted $180 for a service vehicle to travel less than half a block to jump the car or install a battery, which again, was incorrect.I even provided a separate phone number, circled clearly on the service paperwork, yet they still called the wrong number.There were no apologies, no flexibility, and no sense of accountability. As someone who values supporting local businesses, even when they cost more, his experience was incredibly disappointing affirming the decline of Les Schwab and I will never support the Ashland Les Schwab location again.

i have been a customer of Les Schwabe…for over a decade superior service

i have been a customer of Les Schwabe St. John's Portland location. Sandra is AMAZING! i always leave her feeling good, safe, heard and taken care of as well as recommended anyone who mentions tire to me to St. Johns Les Schwabe. i have been to a couple other locations over the years while on the road... in Oregon and California. they are all mostly good.. Ukiah locations was also good.. however, the St. Johns Location is top tier in customer service thank you Sandra and the work and care the rest if the team puts in AWESOME!thank you

Trevor and the team were all super helpful, explaining findings, providing recommendations and going over the warranty details. Most appreciatively, they entertained my request to keep the decisions simple with a "We got you!" response. There service is outstanding! Thank you so much!
