Worst service ever from the Rocklin Ca location. I am a long time Les Schwab customer at a different location. Anyway the Rocklin location agreed to drive my car back to me and drop off to me at my work place after the service. My work place is literally 4 minutes away from their shop. I called 2 hours ahead if this is possible and they say yes. After the service was done. They call me and say that they are too busy to bring my car to me. And that their shop is a very busy shop and they don’t have people to bring me my car. I told them that I was told that that service is available for me and now they are saying they’re too busy to serve a service that they promised. Bad customer service.
