I will not be returning to this store. I requested a perfume for a holiday gift, and my partner ordered it well in advance. When I opened the gift (which was wrapped by them), I discovered the wrong perfume had been sent. My partner confirmed the correct item was ordered, so this was a mistake on their part. Now they expect us to send back the incorrect item, and I must wait for the right one to be dispatched. As of December 31st, I am still without my holiday present. While I acknowledge there are greater issues in the world, the customer service here is severely lacking. I won't be coming back.
