I will not be returning to this store. I requested a perfume for a holiday gift, and my partner ordered it well in advance. However, when I opened the gift (wrapped by them), I found the wrong perfume inside. My partner confirmed he ordered the correct item, so this was clearly their mistake. Now, they expect us to return the incorrect item, and I have to wait for the right one to be sent. As of December 31st, I am still without my holiday gift. While I recognize there are bigger issues in the world, the customer service here is extremely lacking. I will not return.

I received a damaged item... The perfume bottle arrived with scratches, making me question if the product was used... absolutely unacceptable. I reached out via email, but they have ignored my messages, likely because they know they messed up. AVOID THIS STORE.
I ordered twice, and on the second occasion, I bought a full bottle. The samples were well-packaged, and delivery was prompt and straightforward. For my first order, one of my five samples wasn't filled correctly, but everything else was excellent.
They have an excellent selection of fragrances and a great customer service experience. Both the in-store and online teams are always helpful and knowledgeable. My order arrived perfectly packed, and I look forward to enjoying my new scent.
I'm uncertain about this service. Why would it take a week for one sample to arrive? Their prices aren't competitive, and you can't use vouchers on certain purchases... I'm hesitant... I want to like them, but there are issues with delivery times (or missing packages, which has happened before).
