I will not be returning to this store. I requested a perfume for a holiday gift, and my partner ordered it well in advance. However, when I opened the gift (wrapped by them), I found the wrong perfume inside. My partner confirmed he ordered the correct item, so this was clearly their mistake. Now, they expect us to return the incorrect item, and I have to wait for the right one to be sent. As of December 31st, I am still without my holiday gift. While I recognize there are bigger issues in the world, the customer service here is extremely lacking. I will not return.
