I received a full refund recently, so well done to the company. I had applied a discount code, but it wasn't applied at checkout, and I was charged for delivery, making my order more expensive than other options. I won't order directly again unless the discount is honored.
A friend recommended these products, and I was initially hesitant. They arrived quickly, and I decided to try the deodorant, body wash, sun lotion, and insect repellents. The sun lotion is slightly runny but absorbs well, and the aftersun and moisturizing lotion replaced my usual creams. I typically get bitten often, but I only had one bite, which was my fault for not applying the products as thoroughly as I should have. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to use this company.
