Disappointing Experience with Delayed Orders

I stumbled upon this service while searching for lenses for my Astigmatism for Halloween in 2024. I placed an order and received the lenses after Halloween, around early November, even though I ordered them in September. I understood that there would be a delay. In 2025, I ordered another set on August 13, expecting to have them by Halloween. Unfortunately, it is now January 13, and I still haven’t received them. I reached out to the support team in October, November, and December, but there was no satisfactory resolution. I haven't received a refund or my money back. This has been a waste of time and effort.

Complete Scam!

This is a total scam! Don't throw your money away! I've accepted that I've been scammed, but I won't let them deceive anyone else. I'm posting one-star reviews everywhere. It's frustrating that I can't rate them lower! My order took 9 months, with constant excuses about customs and production delays. They've switched to automated responses now. I've lodged a formal complaint to a consumer protection agency. If enough of us report them, they may be shut down! After relentless follow-ups for my refund, they offered a partial refund and promised to ship my lenses, which I refused, leading to a full refund agreement. However, I realized too late that since my transaction was over 180 days old, my payment provider can't reclaim the amount, and I need to file a small claims court case. They deliberately delay orders! If your order is approaching 180 days, cancel it for a better chance at a refund!

Terrible Experience with This Seller

On September 9, I checked their website for production and shipping times and even emailed customer service for advice regarding a colored contact lens I needed for an event on October 28. They assured me I would have enough time if I ordered that day. I placed my order on September 10. The website stated that toric lenses would take 28–35 business days due to production, which I understood. Now, on day 48, I still have no shipping information, and the event is today! Their refund policy states I can request a refund within 30 days, but I've been asking since September 29, with no results. Please avoid this seller at all costs! Where can I report them?

Total Disaster with My Order

Everything about my order has been a disaster. I ordered my contacts on May 19, 2025, and still haven't received them. I've reached out multiple times requesting a refund, but I keep getting generic responses stating they can't refund me because the contacts are custom-made. They haven't even fulfilled the order or provided tracking information. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY; find a more reliable option!

Extremely Disappointed, No Lenses and Lost Money

I stumbled upon this service while searching for lenses suitable for my astigmatism for a Halloween event in 2024. Initially Excited, But Where Are My Lenses?

I was excited at first, but I haven't received my contact lenses for the past four months. They kept deducting money from my account despite my refund requests, and I can't seem to cancel my order online. It's hard to reach them by phone as well. They keep giving me the same excuses about it being a priority and arriving soon, but it's nearly five months now with no change.

Wishing I Could Rate This Company Zero Stars

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. I've been battling since May over my toric contacts. I want a refund, but they claim I'm not eligible. I finally received my order, but it was incorrect. This company is a scam. It's September, and waiting since May is ridiculous. Their customer service is indifferent to my concerns.

If I Could Rate Zero Stars, I Would

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for contacts almost five months ago, and every time I reach out, I'm told it's still in production and prioritized, which I've heard multiple times over the last three months. They have a lovely selection of toric lenses, but they can't fulfill orders. I signed up for a subscription, and they charged me three times before I even received any lenses. Don't waste your time with this service; be cautious!

Only Received Spam Emails

All I received from them were spam emails. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was told to do so via email, which seemed suspicious. I ordered my lenses on January 16, but only got one email regarding tracking, and the order number never worked. When I attempted to email them, I received a vague response about production times. The timelines they provided were long overdue. Fortunately, I paid through a payment service and managed to get a refund.
