Great experience with the monitor purchase

We ordered a 32-inch monitor with a stand on December 11, 2025. Initially, I was concerned it might be a scam, so I reached out via email on December 21. Shortly after Christmas, we received an email apologizing for the delay and informing us that our monitor would ship in the following days. On January 6, we received a notification from the shipping service that our package was on its way. We finally got it on January 9. I rated it 5 stars because it was well packaged and easy to assemble.
The monitor itself is made of metal, quite heavy, and very sturdy. The build quality is excellent. It comes with around 50 pre-installed apps, and the picture quality is impressive.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Fraudulent Experience

I had a terrible experience. The company failed to provide any shipping details after I made a purchase on Black Friday. While it appeared trustworthy on social media platforms, a closer look revealed numerous negative reviews. The product never arrived, and I couldn't get in touch with the company. There's no phone number for support, and my emails went unanswered. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise avoiding this.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

Do NOT purchase from this seller. They misled me regarding duty charges, and I was compelled to pay to receive my package. Additionally, the TV arrived in a severely damaged condition. Now, I'm stuck with a broken item that cost me $700, including shipping and the duty fees they claimed to cover. I have sent numerous emails, but they have completely ignored my concerns. It seems I will need to reach out to my bank for a chargeback. Moreover, upon further investigation, I found very few comments or reviews about this seller. There are no positive reviews, and any negative feedback seems to have been removed. The seller has only been operating for a year and is advertised on social media platforms. I strongly suspect this is a dropshipping scam. Steer clear of this seller and consider contacting your bank for a chargeback.
