I spoke to a very helpful representative multiple times to clarify details and inquire about potential breakage, which was explained thoroughly. The delivery arrived three days after ordering, but the delivery driver was less than pleasant. He didn't give me a heads-up before arriving and was quite dismissive when I asked for help moving the slabs. Instead of assisting, he simply refused. We had to move them one by one off the drive, which could have been much easier if he had brought them around. I'd definitely buy from this company again as there was no breakage and the slabs look fantastic, but the courier could use some training in customer service.
