I placed an order in the 6th of May 2023 as a new makeup artist with my own VAT number. I never received the products. First they said it's been a delay, then the order was missed with the shipment company (this I was told). And after I could never contact them again, because simply they ignored me, my mails. Then I actually found out at they were not supposed to sell me directly the products while they have a unique agreement with one danish company who are the only distributors in the danish market. (the danish company confirmed me this ). OF COURSE the MONEY was taken and never heart from them again. I would never recommend to anyone this company since they are very unprofessional and simply taking your money.
