Review Time
This has been the most frustrating online experience I've ever had. I placed my order on December 14th and paid £12 for Express Delivery (1-4 Business Days). Now, on the 19th, my order still hasn't shipped, and the support team has not responded to any of my emails.
Got the Dexter palette as a birthday gift and it arrived broken. I’ve emailed them three times — only got one reply asking for photos, which I sent and then total silence. On top of that, I paid extra for fast shipping and it didn’t even arrive within the promised time. For such expensive products, their customer service is absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money or trust this company!
I've purchased from both the Avatar and Adventure Time collections, which were both beautifully conceived, creative, and high quality. I was especially impressed unboxing my Adventure Time order today! I didn't buy any kind of special bundle, but the box was still packaged as if it were a specially curated set, with a really cute shipping box that had artwork on the inside and a Lumpy Space Princess card that immediately went on my fridge. There are lots of little Easter eggs on the packaging of the products, and everything is just so lovingly designed. It's all so, so detailed and thoughtful with how they handle IP collections, and the products themselves are fantastic. Their eyeshadows are in the top of my large indie and mainstream collection--easy to work with, gorgeous shimmers, blendable mattes.I placed my last order on 6/17/25 and received it in the US on 6/24/25, which was so much faster than expected. (I placed an order from a US-based indie company a few days before this, and that one hasn't even shipped yet...) I did not have to pay any duties or tariffs.
I’ve placed an order on the 28th of December and wrote to customer service. Instead of helping me they said there are delays due to festivity and gave me the tracking which I already had.Strangely enough I received other ordes form UK and Germany from other e-commerce and the only excuse lethal cosmetics comes out with is FESTIVITY DELAY on the 13th of January!Today is the 3th of January and nothing so far nothing arrived.This company is a scam! I won’t order form them again. Luckily I paid using PayPal so they won’t steal my money!They wrote on PayPal that the parcel would arrive today but nothing arrived so far.They are also signaling my comments on Instagram on their page instead of solving the problem. They deserve to lose all the customers they have!
They don’t post the negative reviews on their site. If you look at their site you only see 4 to 5 stars on their products. I wrote a review about a month ago (not even that negative) and it still isn’t posted, but a more recent positive review is already visible on their site. Shady and deceiving… I really loved this brand, but I don’t think I will buy from them again…
This company is the worst. I ordered 14 eyeshadows. After my package was "lost" I ended up receiving 6 eyeshadows over a month after I placed the order. I have sent 7 emails to the company requesting that they refund me for the 8 missing eyeshadows. They have not replied to any of my emails and I have not received a refund. Unless you want to lose your money, stay away from this company. Based on the other reviews, they have a pattern of terrible customer service and stealing from their customers.
