I have spent a small fortune with this company. I really enjoy their products. My issue is my last order. I made an order on black friday. Usually shipping to me is no longer than a week. I check my tracking and it says delayed. Fair enough. There are strikes. I wait longer. I shoot them an email to see if they can look into it. They respond. I wait. It's now mid January. They offer to resend or refund. I send back an email asking for the order to be resent. Nothing happens. No return email. More time passes. I have sent another email making sure the emails have been received and that I'd like a resend. Still no communication from the brand. It's now Feb 5th.I am incredibly disappointed with how things have been handled. I guess my next steps will have to be to get my bank involved to get my money back.UPDATE: I have been refunded. I sincerely hope that they review and update their customer service and care. This was a terrible experience.
