I bought two 5" mini orbs to light the corners of a room. I read glowing reviews about how well the orbs lit dim spaces. What I bought fully qualified for returns if I did not like them. While I was waiting for the orbs to arrive, I noticed the very same orbs listed elsewhere on their website for a significantly lower price and mentioned that to them. They said they could not refund me the difference though could give me a credit which seemed like a nice courtesy. When the orbs arrived yesterday, they were junk plastic with remote controls and cords that do not work with my space; the orbs also do NOT shed much light as advertised in all the 5 star reviews. The instruction manual is filled with misspellings as well. When I call customer service, no one is available. When I email the lady who gave me the courtesy credit, she says that her doing the store credit made it impossible for me to return the product for a refund. I had not been aware of that or would not have accepted the store credit. I want nothing to do with this company and am going to contact my credit card company if Letifly does not send me instructions for the return and issue a full refund of $131.74. UPDATE: I still have been unable to reach a customer service rep on the phone. The company is also unable to be reported to the BBB as it is not a U.S. company, perhaps is a Chinese company as others have asserted. In my experience they falsely advertise product quality, ship junk, and lie about their return policy. This is an extremely shady company; avoid at all costs.
