Be aware

By the title of their reviews one can see these are made up comments. I have not done my homework properly and had to put up with their one person “customer service, logistic personnel etc” who is one woman-does-it-all and mostly nothing. I order 4 items from them to take them with me as I have relocated and ordered them on December 1, 2021, not knowing that they come from China. My flight was on the 22nd of December and the package supposed to be delivered on December 27. She refused to reroute the package to the intial destination and that is all. Two weeks of back-and-forth email conversation resulted in me losing $200. I wish I had been wiser.
