Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my laptop in for a simple screen repair, and it ended up taking over three months to complete! For a repair that cost me £500—on a laptop that originally cost £700—this was beyond ridiculous.Not only was I left without a laptop for months, but this also caused major issues with both my work and personal life. Despite the inconvenience and the excessive delay, there was no offer of compensation or even a proper apology.To make matters worse, every time I tried to speak to a manager, Michelle Maxwell was never in—apparently always out running personal errands, according to the poor girl left working on the shop floor.Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs!
