Disappointing repair experience

I ordered a water dispenser online but encountered several issues. After sending it for repairs, I was told to wait for collection. They held onto it for two months, giving numerous excuses for the delay, and I received no updates. It was stressful having to call frequently for information, especially since I had to buy a replacement. Now, two months later, I've been informed they can't source the necessary parts. When I contacted the online platform for a refund, they had no record of my repair request, leaving me to deal with the consequences. The platform mentioned that if I can retrieve my item, I could get a full refund, but I'm struggling to get them to return it. It's been three days with no action. I'm now leaving reviews online to seek attention, as the only representative I speak with seems indifferent. If the repair service can resolve this issue quickly, I will reconsider my feedback.

ASUS should reconsider their repair partner

It's astounding that this is the service ASUS relies on for UK repairs. I paid a hefty amount for a motherboard replacement, and I regret not opting for a new laptop instead. When my laptop needed repairs during a critical time in my studies, I sent it to this service, expecting delays due to holiday closures. However, it took until February to get it back, despite sending it off in November. They claimed they were waiting for parts from ASUS, but when I contacted ASUS, they revealed that the service hadn't even completed the order. This is utterly unacceptable, both for the repair service and ASUS for allowing such a poor provider to handle repairs. ASUS, you need to do better!

Total waste of time

This service should be called 'Let Me Ignore You.' I keep reaching out, only to be met with excuses. It's been two months, and there's been no attempt to repair my item, which is absolutely unacceptable.

Strongly advise against this service

I cannot recommend this service at all. I was directed to send my out-of-warranty laptop for repairs, hoping for a cost-effective solution for a motherboard issue. However, they quoted me a price that was double that of a new laptop just for the motherboard replacement. Additionally, I paid for diagnostics, which felt like a scam given their repair proposal.

This service feels fraudulent

This service is a sham. They returned my PC after three months and £550, in the exact same condition I sent it. Only after I threatened legal action did I receive it back. It's hard to believe that such a service is allowed to operate, and I feel that they are complicit in a poorly run operation.

Repair took longer than expected

My Worx landroid malfunctioned after seven months, so I requested a repair through the official website. After a week, they collected the item. I tried to check the status by calling the repair team but received no clear timeline. While they promised to update me via email, they did not. One week later, my landroid was returned in good condition. Overall, the three-week turnaround was acceptable, despite the lack of communication.

Frustrating experience overall

I felt compelled to deal with this service, but it's been a frustrating experience. The representatives seem out of touch, and one manager, instead of resolving issues, comes off as a bully. Even simple tasks like sending a tracking number require multiple follow-ups. I'm still waiting for that acknowledgment email.

Steer clear of this service

I strongly advise against this service. They have had my robotic lawnmower for five weeks now. Every time I call, I receive inconsistent information, and they never follow up with callbacks.

Pleasantly surprised by the repair service

After reading various reviews, I had low expectations when I sent my laptop for repairs due to a black screen issue after just three months. However, they quickly identified the faulty SSD and replaced it, returning my laptop within about two weeks. They were prompt in replying to my emails and provided updates every few days. My laptop has been functioning well for a month now.
