Terrible Experience with Let Me Repair – Completely Unacceptable!I sent my laptop to Let Me Repair to fix a broken screen and paid £394.80 for the repair. They emailed me confirming that the necessary parts had arrived and later assured me that the laptop had been repaired and tested before shipping it back.However, when I received it, the laptop was in the exact same condition as before – completely unfixed! After spending almost £400, this is absolutely unacceptable.I have tried multiple times to contact them. They ignore emails, and when I call, they simply tell me to send an email, creating a frustrating loop with no resolution.Here are the emails they sent me, confirming that the repair was completed and tested:Email 1 – Parts Arrived:*"Hi Roberto Sanna,Good News!We now have stock of the required parts for your repair. We are now currently fitting the new parts to your unit. When parts are fitted we will then proceed to the testing stage.Please contact us if you have any questions.Thank You,LetMeRepair UK Ltd"*Email 2 – Repair Completed and Tested:*"Hi Roberto Sanna,Good News!We are now testing your unit to ensure everything is ok. Once complete, the unit will then be shipped via DPD.Please contact us if you have any questions.Thank You,LetMeRepair UK Ltd"I will take legal action if I do not receive the money in my bank account within 24 hours.
