I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding the repair of my laptop. I sent it in for repair due to a broken screen and paid €394.80 for the service. However, after waiting for a month, I received my laptop back in the exact same condition—nothing had been repaired.This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a repair that was never performed, and I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
