Used as out of warranty service, overcharged me not even tried to fix and no competence other than replace motherboard what cost more than new laptop, requested to return it, got it with lost all screws from battery and screen not connected to motherboard. Sad thing is when use RMA service it doesn't mention that it will be sent to LetMeRepair rather than Asus Service Centre, probably worth to raise it with trading standard.
