They charged me fraudulently

I agreed to buy a property from this company. It turned out that they hid material information from the sale particular. The property had improvement notices served on it. Since I was not informed, I wanted to back out and demanded my deposit money back in the sum of £3000. But the director decided to keep my money by deception and fraud.
