I bought around £60 worth of products through a platform and returned everything correctly since none of it fit. However, I haven't received any communication from the company despite following up, so now I must contact customer care for a refund. This is very frustrating, and I sincerely hope the platform is not still associated with this company given the reviews.

If I could give no stars, I would. I bought a bra through a platform but had to return it as it didn’t fit. I followed the return instructions but received no refund. I tried reaching out through their portal and by phone but was cut off. Thankfully, after reading a helpful review, I contacted customer care, who were excellent and processed my refund directly.

I've had a similar experience to other recent reviews, not receiving my refund that was supposed to be processed on the 25th of September. This is unacceptable; I won’t order from them again. I suspect their business may be struggling. After reaching out to customer care, they resolved my refund immediately and advised contacting them directly for issues with brands.

I ordered two bras through a platform without realizing they weren’t from them directly. The sizing was much larger than expected, so I needed to return them. The return portal generated a label that seemed straightforward, but my refund never came. After providing proof of delivery to customer care and waiting weeks, I finally got my refund after learning I wasn't alone in this issue.
