I placed my order well in advance for a Christmas gift, but it hasn’t arrived. When I reached out to the company, I was informed that it was a pre-order, which was not indicated at the time of purchase. It's frustrating, especially since other reviews suggest that others have received theirs and it's available through other sellers. Now, I'm being told I have to wait for another department to address my refund request. This situation is disappointing, as it clearly did not mention being a pre-order when I bought it, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen it as a Christmas gift! The representative was unhelpful and kept insisting it was a pre-order. I will be contacting my credit card provider to resolve this issue, as I believe I should be able to cancel and receive my refund without this unnecessary hassle.
