This was a great addition to my daughter’s Christmas stocking. She loves the designs and colors on the stickers. She has a goal to visit every National Park in the next couple years. This will help mark her accomplishments.

Initially, I had some concerns due to the size of the order, but I tracked the shipment until it arrived (a day later than I had anticipated). The bottles were well-packaged (I simply added a ribbon for gifting), and the quality of the bottles is outstanding. The engraving is beautiful on its own, and the stickers provide an extra special detail. My coworkers were thrilled. Now, I need to get one for myself.

We've been using it consistently for a few weeks, and they have held up wonderfully. I haven't tried washing it in the dishwasher yet, but I believe it will be fine. Additionally, the customer support is incredibly friendly; they assisted me when I forgot to apply a discount code for my second order. Simply amazing!

It's frustrating, especially since other reviews suggest that others have received theirs and it's available through other sellers. Now, I'm being told I have to wait for another department to address my refund request. This situation is disappointing, as it clearly did not mention being a pre-order when I bought it, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen it as a Christmas gift! The representative was unhelpful and kept insisting it was a pre-order. I will be contacting my credit card provider to resolve this issue, as I believe I should be able to cancel and receive my refund without this unnecessary hassle.
I was excited about the idea and purchased a travel bottle. The stickers are impressive and stay on well even after cleaning as promised. However, the issue lies with the bottle itself... it leaks significantly. I intended to use it for my travels, but it ends up soaking my backpack each time, making it impractical. It might work for someone who keeps it on a desk, but I can't recommend it for travel, which is disappointing. I hope they address this problem.
