I’m disappointed with the artwork I received from Letter Fest. Based on the product description and examples, I expected a watercolor-style illustration of my house. Unfortunately, the final image did not match that at all. Instead of a watercolor rendering, the artwork looked more like a cartoon, lacking clear lines, detail, and proper use of color. It did not have the watercolor quality that was advertised and that ultimately influenced my decision to purchase.I also requested revisions and provided specific feedback during the revision process, but the changes did not improve the result. In fact, each revision seemed to move further away from the watercolor style that was promised.I was really looking forward to this piece, which makes the outcome especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps set clearer expectations for future customers.
