I ordered a first birthday book for my granddaughters birthday. The book arrived this morning but unfortunately it has the wrong date in it. After a lot of difficultly trying to contact Letterfest, I found a telephone number. I spoke with Marie who took the details and a further £12 payment for a reprint. My ‘complaint’ is that I cannot find a proof order which shows the details when I placed the order. I don’t know if I made an error or not and it’s cost me another £12 on top of what is already an expensive book. The month AND year of birth were wrong which suggests that I did not make a mistake, but as I have no proof of what I ordered I’ve had to pay almost £40!!
