Review Time
We had a problem with UPS leaving the boxes outside the door. We did not know there were two boxes, one was delivered on Saturday (office is closed) second on Monday. We actually paid UPS to hold the box until Monday, but they did not tell us we had two as well. Anway, box got wet, but Letter Jacket said they would make it right and redo the envelopes as the ink in the return address ran due to water damage.
I asked for a discount, and they gave it to me. I had never designed a full-bleed envelope before, but they guided me through the process. The only downside was that the first batch of 1,500 envelopes cost $200. The second batch was perfect and costly, but it was worth the design experience. I plan to continue using Letter Jacket because they are based in the heart of Texas. I was stationed in Killeen, TX for nearly 3 years in the late 90s. Is there a possible Veterans Discount?
