I phoned today because I was having an issue with the online form. I spoke to Muhammad, he was very polite and very quick and helped me complete the form. after this initial help, I was then declined because I didn't include something that I did not know about, and in thinking about this I wasnt the person who submitted the form, it was the person who had helped me, they got me to signout of the online form and they submitted it for me. its a very landlord/agent centric conpany, becuase after I was declined, I was treated like a pariah. and the company then didnt want to help or really even talk to me.
