They delayed our move in date by weeks because they take such a long time to complete anything on their end. Most importantly, our tenancy was meant to start today, and we won't get the keys until next week now, just because they didn't do their bit on time. We called them several times today, and still nothing was done. We paid them several hundreds of pounds for their services about 2 weeks ago, and now we're facing homelessness because of their slowness. They're unorganised, and an extremely unreliable service. I'm beyond stressed and appalled. They're only quick when they want money from you for their service. Once they have that, they take their time, and cause long, unecessary delays. I beg any agency, landlord or tenant to not use this company for anything. Useless.

Absolutey fantastic member of staff whom I spoke with . She was excellent her customer service level was to a very high standard . She was very kind and polite and extremely patient. She managed to resolve my issue of not being able to proceed with my application as I couldn't access my account directly. She took the time too manually input my information so I could complete my application iam very greatful for her time and customer service that I received. This referencing process has been chaotic, unclear, and extremely stressful. I was asked to provide six months of rent statements even after granting full open‑banking access, yet their system failed to pick up the payments and offers no working way to upload the documents they requested. The chat support is non‑functional, and there has been no clear communication or guidance on how to proceed.I am now stuck in the middle of a tenancy application with no way to submit the information they themselves asked for. This is unacceptable and feels borderline fraudulent when a company demands documents but provides no functioning method to supply them.I need someone from Lettings Hub to contact me immediately to resolve this. The current process is not fit for purpose and is causing serious, unnecessary stress at a critical time.
