Onboarding & migration has been an absolute nightmare. Painfully slow & limited comms. I'm in my 6th week and still not a functional platform. I currently have $50K in funds that have left my old bank and have not posted in my Lettuce accounts, with my original $10K in limbo for 7 banking days now. The bank links work, money left my bank, but Lettuce doesn't show it. I have no access to my funds and have no idea where my money is. Emails go unanswered, no phone support available to call (they use a phone number app if they contact you so it's not their actual number...not sure what that's about). I regret doing choosing Lettuce at this point and have disrupted my business so much that I have to see it through to completion. Lettuce has failed to earn my trust as financial partner in my business, and is proving to be a very poor decision on my part for choosing them. I don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this one.
