A True Partner for Solopreneurs

I wouldn't be able to do what I do without Lettuce. As a solopreneur, their suite of tools has been a game-changer, making everything from S-Corp formation to day-to-day finances feel manageable.To be fully transparent, my start wasn't perfectly smooth. I ran into a few snags during the onboarding and formation process, but looking back, they were mostly my own doing—like providing the EIN for one of my existing business with a different name instead of opting to form a new LLC and get a new EIN. This is where Lettuce really showed their value. Instead of pointing fingers, their support team, particularly Davis, was incredibly patient and helpful. They clearly explained what needed to be done and walked me through fixing it. I even had an issue activating my debit card that turned out to be a wider network problem, and they were professional and appreciative of the feedback.It's that support, combined with a platform that just works, that makes me a fan. They are built by fractionals for fractionals, and you can feel it. Now, everything is in one place: invoicing, getting paid, having both a physical and virtual debit card, and easily paying my contractors. It has been a huge lift.The platform is amazing and keeps getting better. I'm grateful for the peace of mind it gives me to focus on growing my business instead of getting lost in admin. If you're a solopreneur, I can't recommend them enough.

Great product and service

Lettuce has made the process of setting up and maintaining my LLC and S-Corp really easy. I also appreciate their ongoing commitment to adding features and improvements, as well as their responsiveness to questions and feedback. I haven't been through a tax season with them yet, but if that goes as smoothly as every other aspect of my experience I'll be pleased. Overall, a great experience with Lettuce and I'm glad I chose to work with them.

6 Months and Loving It

I've been using Lettuce for ~6 months now. It's effortless, thoughtless, and super easy. I was quite stressed about doing my solo taxes and distributions before, but since that's all automated, life's a lot better. Highly recommend it.

I didn't know I could save so much

I didn't know I could save so much. Even my accountant didn't think to suggest an S-Corp. They are still working on some features, but the existing product is already implressive.

AI ad = low quality service

if you need to have a fully ai ad on television, that must mean your company is cheap and sucky. pay real people and use real effort.

Slow Bad onboarding Experience

Frustrating. Signed up 8/29/25. Was Never offered to expedite articles of incorporation submitted to the state. Never told I could. They contracted out the work to My corporation. Errors made with saying we could use P.C. Instead of Professional Corporation. Hawaii does not allow this. I ended up calling the state myself and paying $25 to expedite and fix the errors because my corporation was going to charge $100 more and could guarantee the 2-3days the state did. Informed lettuce when the state registered business and provided the document as an attachment. Lettuce did not apply for my EIN. I waited then did it myself. Provided that information to them and keep waiting for my bank account information so I can credential as a provider with medical insurance. Was told I sent my information to the support email and not the onboarding email at Lettuce yet receipt of emails was acknowledged by supposedly the same person Harriet and we have had email trains back and forth I forwarded. Beginning to wonder if it’s an AI bot I’m paying? I even requested them to call me and was never called or given a number (or a link to sign up for a call as another reviewer noted). Very disappointed as I signed up for Lettuce for efficiency and just want my dashboard up and running and my bank account number. It’s 10/14 so over a month and a half since I started the process.

Customer Service is prompt and available

It's not perfect but in general the platform works and is getting better. Sometimes the system is confusing to navigate but the subject, S-corp accounting, is complex and each situation is a little different. I find that customer service is good about returning communication and answering questions. In general I feel I'm getting at least the same attention and care I would receive from a dedicated tax specialist and accountant, possibly better. So far I'm satisfied with the service, the proof will be in the savings next tax season.
