I have read the negative reviews but can only comment on my experience that could not be faulted. After purchasing the Indestructible Bear Toy, that was well made, but not my dog Hunter proof, he destuffed it in 11 mintes flat. I contacted customer services and they replied within a couple of hours to say a replace would be put in hand. I replied that this would result in destruction and suggested a Heavy Duty Spiky Chew Ball which they agreed to send. A replacement Bear arrived, twice, but third time lucky I have now the ball toy. Although I offered to return the bear toys they have not asked for them. I will put them on the Cyprus Dog Rescue Christmas auction. You cannot get better customer service than that. The ball is also good and Hunter will not destroy that.
