Ordered light up ball and when it arrived the charging point was broken, made contact and sent pictures to show it was broken (either in transit or before it was dispatched) and offered another one. Second one arrived and it also doesn't work, contacted and asked for a refund to which they offered $10 which is way below what I paid for it in pounds, told to return the item but no address given and postage will be as expensive as the item, asked if they will pay for postage and no reply in a month. Disgraceful company who should hang their heads in shame.
