I made a purchase of €196.82 on AliExpress through LettyShops during a short-term 35% cashback promotion. The only condition stated was that the maximum cashback per item was €30. My order included around 20 items, none of which cost more than €20 each, so everything was well within the rules.However, instead of the expected €68 cashback, LettyShops only shows a bit over €4 pending. Be careful, LettyShops is essentially a scam.UPDATE: I’ve sent my ID to LettyShops after their reply. I’ll update my review if the issue gets resolved.UPDATE 2: That explanation is not accurate. Even if the increased cashback had only been applied to the three most expensive items, the total would still be much higher than what I actually received. Let me break it down: Assuming those three items total around 50€, then 35% of 50€ = 17.50€.However, the amount I was actually credited is 5.94, which means you applied 35% to only about 17€ worth of purchases, which makes no sense since the three most expensive items together exceed 50€.UPDATE 3: That’s not true. I checked before making my purchase, and the products I bought were mobile accessories, mostly phone cases and similar non-electronic items, which were clearly included in the 35% cashback promotion at that time. As with most cashback services, sometime back in 2021 was a pretty nice service. Tried it several times in 2024 and a couple of times in 2025. When you have a small order, like not more than 15 EUR, cashback really appears in 2-3 days after the purchase, but when something costs more than 20 EUR, it never shows up. So, they just keep all your cashback money to themselves. Contacted each time when cashback did not appear in my account, but their customer support always blamed online shops. But I know for sure who steals the money. Look for another service, even though most of their competitors do not worth any good words either.
