I agree with all the negative comments will never ever use them again. They filed a civial complaint againt me , when I explained to them why I would not repay the loan.
I would not repay the loan, because when I got the loan my payments started at $85 and then all of a sudden my loan payments jumped to $150. When I tried to call numerous times I still have the call logs no one would answer. It would say I called too late when I’m calling at 3:00pm. -_- Why in the world would I want to repay a company that is so dishonest and no upfront about anything. It’d be a different story if they emailed me or called me explaining why my loan payments jumped it would have probably been paid by now but no they’re just money hungry.
Also mind you I had other things going on at the time that also stopped me from paying such as me planning a funeral for a loved one, a car note, car insurance, and paying back other debts I borrowed before them.
They’re not sympathetic at all, just money hungry and greedy. No empathy towards anyone or anything. The company they filed a civil complaint with is the same way. No sympathy whatsoever. I understand i pulled out the loan and I need/needed to repay it but again when you’re trying to screw me over I am not going to pay anything until you explain to me why. but when I cannot get ahold of said company yeah thanks but no thanks.
Moral of the story NEVER EVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM TAKE SAID BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.
I missed their calls (6) in a row. I was working then they called my work.... my work! A coworker was sketched out and messaged me she said when she questioned the person on the line about why they needed to know if worked their they hung up on her.
STAY AWAY!!! This company is a complete JOKE. I got a loan from them for $420.00. I have made 4 payments of $126.00 ($504.00) only $30.00 of it has gone to principal so far. I will be reporting them to the BBB!!!
I was approved for a loan of 1000, which I accepted, but I wasn’t informed that they would withdraw over 300 from my checking account, with only 10 dollars going towards the principal. Had I known, I would have declined the loan. I've made two payments of 300, totaling 600, so I should owe only 400 more to settle the loan. I'm very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
I was told I was approved and that my funds would be in my account by later that night or the next business day. When I called back, I was told they needed to connect me to someone else because they couldn’t access my account, and then I was informed I was denied and rushed off the phone.
I was approved for a loan and spoke with a representative who verified my details. I was told the money would be in my account that evening, but less than an hour later, I received an email stating they couldn’t loan me the money, with no explanation.
This place is a scam. They took all my information and assured me I was approved, stating I would receive my funds later that night or the next business day. However, when I checked my account the next day, it said I had no account. After reviewing my email, I found out I was declined without any explanation. I tried calling for clarification, but no one answered. It's unprofessional, and I wish I had seen these negative reviews beforehand. I'm planning to contact the Better Business Bureau about this situation.
