I contacted the service regarding my application earlier this year. They submitted it, but there was a critical error. The university informed me that they only accept applications through their official portal, so mine wasn't considered. They should have used the correct portal for my documents. The team responsible for my application should have confirmed the university's submission requirements beforehand. They even claimed to be in communication with the university, yet this mistake was made. I have proof from the university and a message from one of their representatives stating they wanted to avoid mistakes, but that didn’t happen. Despite their negligence, they are still insisting on payment, showing a troubling priority on finances over the student's application.
I want to share my experience with the program to caution others. Do not make any payments until you are completely certain, as obtaining a refund is extremely challenging. I was promised a refund within 14 days, but it took almost 2 months. The team consistently missed their own deadlines. They finally processed my payment only after I filed a formal complaint and threatened to go public about the delay. Additionally, they collected a fee from a friend without registering her properly and did not provide a tax invoice. When she requested a refund, they threatened to deduct a significant tax amount. If a company doesn't issue an invoice, they cannot legally deduct taxes. This felt like an unjust attempt to withhold funds. Overall, they are responsive when they want your money, but if you seek a refund, they become unresponsive and make empty promises. I strongly advise applying for jobs directly instead of using this agency.
