Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered an item on 8th Ocotber and it didn't arrive until 29th October. As I needed it for an event on 24th October I emailed them to ask how to return it and get a refund. I'd checked their returns policy before placing an order and it stated that "You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item if you're not quite happy with it. "I've had the same experience as others who have left reviews. I received an offer of partial refund or credit, and when I declined this offer I received the same offer again. After declining that I received an increased offer, and after again declining it was sent the same offer again. Each time they ignored anything else in my email, such as requesting the complaints policy and returns form. I was then asked to send photos. By this stage I'd realised the company wasn't legitimate and had read trustpilot reviews, so I was nervous of opening the package in case they then found some "fault" with the costume. I hadn't opened it before then because it had arrived too late so I'd had no reason to open it. I replied to query opening an unopened package, again they ignored anything else said in my email and asked for photos. So I sent photos and now over a week later they haven't replied to my last 3 emails.
