Disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited weeks for my order and had to reach out to the service via email, but it took several days to get a response. Delivery took a frustrating 3 weeks. The packages arrived without instructions and several items were missing. The product was supposed to change light color, but it only offered one option - cold light. I advise against purchasing anything here; it's simply not worth it. You can find the same lamp elsewhere for a better price!

Rubbish company

I ordered a robotic puppy for birthday present, messaged them for e.t.a .no reply, I then emailed no reply to that. Checked on the status of order and it's saying the same as it did when order was placed 10 days ago, ( in transit) I don't believe them.Communication by this company is utter trash.

Terrible shop

Terrible shop. I was waiting for my order weeks. I needed to contact shop via email (waiting for answer few days) to send me lamps. I am not joking it tooks 3 weeks to have delivery. Packages without instructions and missing items. It supposed to change light colour unfortunately only one option - cold light. Do not buy anything it is not worth it. You can find the same lamp on temu cheaper !!!

Avoid - Defective goods - won't replace or refund.

Ordered an LED Light fitting which took over 2 weeks to arrive from China and did not work when fitted. They will not accept a return, will not replace, just offered me 50% off my next order (which is obviously never going to happen). No quality control, no customer service and no respect for the laws of the countries they are selling in. AVOID.

Do not buy from this website!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered an item on 8th Ocotber and it didn't arrive until 29th October. As I needed it for an event on 24th October I emailed them to ask how to return it and get a refund. I'd checked their returns policy before placing an order and it stated that "You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item if you're not quite happy with it. "I've had the same experience as others who have left reviews. I received an offer of partial refund or credit, and when I declined this offer I received the same offer again. After declining that I received an increased offer, and after again declining it was sent the same offer again. Each time they ignored anything else in my email, such as requesting the complaints policy and returns form. I was then asked to send photos. By this stage I'd realised the company wasn't legitimate and had read trustpilot reviews, so I was nervous of opening the package in case they then found some "fault" with the costume. I hadn't opened it before then because it had arrived too late so I'd had no reason to open it. I replied to query opening an unopened package, again they ignored anything else said in my email and asked for photos. So I sent photos and now over a week later they haven't replied to my last 3 emails.

You will never get your money back!

Returned items for a refund and that parcel was not claimed by the receiver at customs in china!So the saga continues. I paid £50 to return these items to china as instructed. Everything was done by me to the letter. A month after sending the items back they were returned to me as not claimed by the receiver. I implore no one to use company. They will do anything in their power to avoid paying you a refund and it will only cost you more money following the returns instructions.I am hundreds out of pocket and the company have shown no compassion or understanding.So sad that companies can be allowed to do this in this day and age with so many supposed protections for consumers in place. I have not doubt they will read this and ask me to contact their support email address which I can confirm is a pointless task!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! I have sent over 10 emails about defective lamps I ordered, they NEVER REPLIED. I lost 300$ canadian dollars, fuxk these guys, bunch of LOOOSERSSSSSS
