I ordered a product online, and my payment was processed immediately, but my order was canceled shortly after. I was told I might see a refund in 5-10 days. If they can't fulfill orders, they should indicate that items are out of stock instead of processing them. Customer service was unhelpful; they wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor and even hung up on me. The contact number provided was non-functional, which is baffling.
