Extremely poor customer service! I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand, as they will not assist you if there are issues with your order. I placed an order and opted for expedited shipping because I needed to leave town. Seven days later, there was still no estimated delivery date given. The customer service team informed me they couldn't help and refused to cancel my order, citing a policy that requires customers to wait seven days from the last carrier update, even though the tracking shows no movement for the past four days and no estimated delivery date. Each time I called, the customer service representatives dismissively stated, 'Oh well, there's nothing I can do; that's our policy, and you need to wait.' Absolutely the worst customer service experience! Completely ineffective!
