I am a paid Lexica subscriber, and the service has been effectively unusable for days.
Every attempt to generate an image fails with the same message:
“Image generation error – We’re currently experiencing issues with our image generation server. Please try again in a few minutes.”
This is not a temporary glitch. The issue has persisted, and Lexica has not provided any fix, update, or explanation.
What is worse is the complete lack of response from support. I have contacted them multiple times and received zero acknowledgement. No reply. No status update. No timeline. Nothing.
This is unacceptable for a paid service. Image generation is the entire product, and Lexica is currently charging users while failing to deliver it and failing to communicate.
Technical issues can happen—but ignoring paying customers is not acceptable. At this point, it feels like paying for a service that simply isn’t being provided.
Until Lexica restores functionality and starts responding to customers, I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing.
