Naomi was most helpful. I am 77 and very uneducated as far as a phone is concerned, lol. Naomi had great patience and understanding my frustrations of not understanding some of her instructions. She reassured me that she would get me through this successfully and she did. I feel very satisfied and confident that, if I have anymore issues I can contact her. And I will. Also, when I can afford a new pair, backed by bose , I will be contacting Naomi to set them up for me. I am so glad that she was on the other end and answered my call. She is the best.
