Was initially charged double for shipping and denied acknowledgement of the issue nor a refund of the extra shipping (for windshield wipers, shipped from Wisconsin to Minnesota). However, the company did reach out, accepted responsibility and refunded the additional postage that I was forced to pay in order to receive my order.
